Market Stats for July for Nelson Rural Properties

Things are looking good for sellers and buyers in the month of July for Nelson Rural properties. As you can see there the inventory last month is up from the previous month which means there is more properties are on the market to choose from. Solds are down by half but that may mean that folks are out enjoying our sunny and hot summer weather before getting back down to business and I suspect we will see an uptake in the number of solds again as we move into the fall market.
