Nelson Rural Properties - Market Report: What happened in April
New listings in the Nelson Rural market in April jumped from 20 in March to 31 in April. Total active listings rose from 83 to 94. Sold listings are up to 13 in April over 8 in March. So what does all this mean? The rural market is starting to move, more so than the City of Nelson (due in large part to lack of inventory in the City). If you are looking to buy in Nelson and have been frustrated with the lack of homes for sale, maybe consider a rural property. There is much more to chose from and the home prices rurally are more favorable, especially for first time home buyers. Call me and let's talk about it!
