NELSON RURAL: Single Family Properties Listed & Sold in January

In January 2017 there were 83 active listings in the Nelson Rural catchment area which consists of Harrop, Procter, Balfour, Nelson North Shore, Salmo, Ymir, Beasley, Bonnington, South Slocan, Crescent Valley, Passmore, Winlaw, and Slocan. Of those 83 active listings, 16 were newly listed in January. Overall we saw 6 sales in these areas over the month.
