Nelson Rural: New Listings vs. Solds in the Month of November

With the number of new listings and sales being down in the City of Nelson in November, the rural areas more than made up for the lack of activity in the City last month. Number of new listings were up from 12 in October to 14 in November. Number of homes sold were substantially up from 12 homes being sold in October to 23 being sold in November! But again, more homes are being sold than listed so buyers will need to act quickly when a property of interest becomes available.
